Organic Kitchen Garden

Wander thru our very own organic and biodynamic kitchen gardens. We have 10 reclaimed Apple Crates, in which we lovingly grow herbs, radishes, lettuces, broad beans, cavelo nero, chillis, pumpkins.......the list goes on!

The results speak for themselves on the plate, and we are proud to be suppliying ourselves with 25% of our own home grown vegetables, herbs and fruit.

Throughout the terrace and decking our edible plants such as olives, lemons, oranges, loquats, bay trees and an array of herbs create a wonderfully fragrent and beautiful lanscape. You will often see our chefs foridging for these goodies to create something truely spectacular for your next lunch or dinner. Our vegetables are strictly organic and most of heirloom variety, sourced from the Diggers Club, at nearby Heronswood.
