Introducing Zac and Jac’s Kitchen Produce - a boutique, ultra premium range of gourmet products that have been created in the Stillwater restaurant kitchen, so that you can take home a premium quality Peninsula product, made by chefs and in small batches. Unapologetically locally sourced produce, seasonal ingredients, and as organic as possible, we think this range is something worth shouting about.
100% free from additives, colours or nasty numbers and made right here on the Peninsula, by Peninsula chefs and using only the best of Peninsula produce.
We’ve turned giant Red Hill strawberries into a totally luxe jam finished off with a splash of moscato. We’ve sourced local and organic beetroot for the relish, marinated a selection of exquisite olives in virgin olive oil, preserved lemons, spiced Del Grosso Orchard pears, and created a glossy, gingery rhubarb compote that no piece of toast would pass up. The piece de resistance is our Ultra premium extra virgin totally amazing Olive Oil - made to match our exacting restaurant standards – is the taste sensation that completes the range. Yum!

Beetroot and orange relish
Organic local beets, the right blend of spice and loads of orange zest create the massive flavour for this tangy treat! Delicious with ham off the bone, sharp cheddar, duck, venison, goat’s cheese…really, the possibilities are endless!
Rhubarb and ginger compote
Super gingery and all rhubarb tang, this compote is smooth, sweet and cheekily tart. Delicious with fruit and yoghurt. Spoon it on ice cream or waffles. Team it with lemon tart or re-invigorate scones with a whooping great dollop!! Yum!
Strawberry and moscato Jam
Red Hill strawberries macerated in our own Moscato made into a chunky wholefruit jam - your freshly baked scones are just begging for it! Spread it on toast and crumpets for a lush breaky. Mmmm!
Moroccan style preserved lemons
Preserved for 12 months in a luscious mix of spice, chili and salt, these zingy beauties are brilliant in a tangine, tossed through a garden salad, stirred it into a prawn risotto, added to spiced couscous – wherever you want some zest!
Spiced pears
A sticky, lightly-spiced, deliciously unctuous treat, made with 100% local pears. Our spiced pears are a perfect match with mascarpone, and if you’re looking to impress guests – they’re heaven on a cheese board!
Marinated olives
Organic manzanilla, local kalamata, wild verdale, arbequinas and gaeta olives, marinated in extra virgin olive oil, garlic, hebs and chilli. A sophisticated snack, great on an antipasto platter. Serve warm with bread
Olive Oil
Sourcing an Olive oil to match the exacting standards for our boutique restaurant led us to creating our very own! The result is this ultra premium extra virgin olive oil made from the first pressing of Frantoio Olives sourced from a single grove in Red Hill, Victoria. This outstanding oil presents with a fresh bouquet of green tomatoes, a hint of almond, leaving a gorgeous buttery texture with an edge of walnut on the palate. Wait for the slight chilli sensation in the mouth with some lingering pepper to finish! We are proud to have a few awards for our yummy oil:

House Dukkah
